bagels, local jams, mixed cheese platter and selection
yoghurt and cereals
Port holes served on English muffins with cocktails pork
sausages and hollandaise sauce
Fruit skewers served with a selection of plain and chocolate
croissants cheeses and preserves
Eggy bread a.k.a French toast served with fresh raspberries,
a side of warm maple syrup, cinnamon, powdered sugar and
crispy bacon
Pineapple fruit bowl served with a selection of bagels,

in a whole wheat pita pocket with one of Bridget's signature
salads
Deli platter, variety of cold meats fresh from the deli
served with an island palm tree salad, with a side of baked
beans, cream of corn and fresh breads
Spicy West Indian chicken roti wrap (boneless chicken and
potatoes cooked in curry spices and wrapped in a roti shell)
served with local mango chutney and fresh greens
Rolled smoked salmon and proscuitto ham served with a
cranberry, almond, goats cheese and green apple, spinach
salad, accompanied by fresh breads and local hot sauces
Chicken (or shrimp) peanut phad Thai - oriental style lime

well deserved meal after a 'tough' day in paradise
Pan seared Ahi Tuna dusted with Caribbean fish spices served
with brown rice, honey glazed local vegetables and a side of
seaweed salad.
Boneless Chicken Breasts, marinated in lemon, garlic, olive
oil and rosemary, char grilled and served over a bed of
lemon parmesan spinach linguine served with a side of
marinated mushrooms.
Tender New York Steak served with a tangy pepper sauce,
garlic mash potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Mild Tomato Shrimp Curry served with jasmine coriander rice
and a pineapple cashew nut salad.
Bridget's Baby Back Beer Ribs served with rosemary scallop
potatoes and vegetables.
Pan seared Sword Fish served with a mango and black bean
salsa, sweet potato mash and sugar snap peas.
Honey and apricot glazed Lamb Chops served with a
coriander lime pea cous cous and traditional mint jelly on
the side.
